Mad Catz-gamer haalt wereldrecord binnen

Daigo "The Beast" Umehara heeft het Guinness World Record voor de meeste opeenvolgende winsten in verschillende toernooien binnengehaald. Umehara is 1 van de leden van het bekende 'Team Mad Catz'. 

Daigo Umehara won 15 nationale en internationale Street Fighter IV-toernooien en was vroeger ook wereldkampioen voor datzelfde spel. Hij kreeg het certificaat van het Guinness-boek op 22 augustus tijdens het 'Super VS Battle'-toernooi in Engeland. Hij zal worden opgenomen in het Guinness World Records 2011 Gamers Edition. "The Beast" zelf spreekt van een grote eer.
